Latest Market Update - November 2025

· Over the past couple of weeks, prices have remained relatively stable. However, in recent days we’ve seen upward movement as forecasts point to reduced wind generation, leaving markets understandably cautious.

· Despite this, the fundamentals around supply, demand, and storage remain positive. Demand increased in October, yet storage levels have held steady with injections continuing.

· Looking ahead, temperatures are forecast to dip next week, which will drive higher demand as colder weather sets in.

· EU gas storage currently sits at 83% full, providing a reassuring buffer as we move deeper into winter.

· For organisations considering renewal, now is a strong window of opportunity. Winter ’25 contracts running through to March 2026 can be secured at today’s prices, helping to lock in value and mitigate the risk of seasonal price spikes, which historically tend to occur.
